Deputy Headteacher
Hello my name is Millie Johnson-Harter and I am Prospect House’s Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education. I am resposible for the development of our broad and highly ambitious curriculum, ensuring that is successfully adapted, designed, and developed to be rigorous and robust to meet the needs of all pupils at Prospect House.
I have worked for the Prospere Learning Trust for the past 7 years and have had experience in a wide variety of schools including mainstream and SEND settings.
Working at Prospect House has been an incredible journey; being part of the development of new schools and watching pupils all across the city thrive within the Prospere Learning Trust has been a highlight of my career to date.
As a senior leader I am passionate about the development of others, thourgh completing my NPQLTD and becoming an Early Careers Framework Mentor I am able to support staff at all levels within our school community.
Outside of my professional commitments, I enjoy holidays in Pembrokeshire with my husband and one of Prospect House’s therapy dogs, Ovie. My love of the outdoors has enabled me to develop an Outdoor Learning program that is embedded into our curriculum.
