Michelle Peacock

Hello my name is Michelle Peacock and I am Prospect House’s Operations Manager. I am resposible for the effetcive running of the school and work closely with our central trust teams to ensure that things such as Finance, Estates, ICT, HR and Catering are efficently utilised within our school community.

I have worked for the Prospere Learning Trust for the past 4 years and my career working in school operations across Manchester schools extends beyond 20 years.

Working at Prospect House is fabulous! It is an extremely rewarding job and no two days are ever the same. The school community is what makes my job so enjoyable, from SLT to the pupil, everyone looks after each other and supports one another.

Prospect House has robust systems and processes to ensure everyone is safe and looked after within our school community and I find the responsbilibilty of ensuring various components and departments working together a rewarding challenge.

Oustide of school I am an avid fitness fanatic and enjoy promoting mental health and wellness within my role at Prospect House.
