We conduct regular, robust and creative pupil voice so pupil's voices can be heard across all parts of the school. We have a democratically voted student council which aims to be a representative and diverse body, which reflects the entire cohort of pupils. The student council remains an integral part of the Community of Belonging vision for the school and wider trust. It is also an opportunity for those elected pupils to gain confidence and oracy skills in real world applicable scenarios. The student council meet regularly to effect real changes across the school. Student Leaders act as a point of contact for other pupils across the school, who can come to them with ideas for change and development. They adhere to a set of group rules and expectations which were formed and agreed upon by the pupil themselves.
